Al-Bairaq Mall Opens Today

The official opening of Al-Bairaq Mall starts today October 31 in Al-Egaila. I think we're having way too many malls now for a small country but Al-Bairaq Center looks promising and somehow unique. 33 minutes Pizza Pizza Challenge

I decided to order from Little Caesars Pizza Pizza to experiment them on their "33 minutes or for free" Adv. I decided to time them and see if they can deliver my order before or after 33 minutes. Well, I decided to order during dinner time so that they might take some time due to the big amount of orders and I can get my pizza for free!

My time of order was at 9:57 pm exactly. My order arrived at 10:24 pm sharp so it took them exactly 27 minutes!

The pizza turned out fresh, hot and delicious. What a fast delivery!

Stongest Man in Kuwait

Abdulwahab Al-Hadad, eats 50 eggs in the morning, 3 chickens for launch, 2 kilo of meat for dinner, 2 liter of milk and 5 kilo of fresh fruits for a single day. He's the strongest man in Kuwait and have the ability to pull cars and planes. This guy will represent Kuwait in the next "Strongest Man in Arabs World" competition.

Mcdonalds opened their first restaurant in the world for the handicapped on the 19th of this month in Sharq Co-op during their 15th anniversary celebration.

Shaikha Fereeha AlAhmad AlJaber AlSabah attended the celebration, also noticed the guy with the soft heart "Sha'abolla". It's a real pleasure to see such thing happens in Kuwait, specially when this occasion is the first of its kind in the world.

Review: The new iPod Nano

I just received my new iPod Nano from USA. I've tried the device and it's truly amazing with brilliant new cool features. It is the best iPod available yet. The capacity is 16GB and it only cost me 50 KD.
The sleek look with the beautiful and attractive color motivated me to get one. As soon as I found out about the features I have gone crazy. One of the main reasons that made me fell in love with the new Ipod Nano is that it has a built in FM radio with live pause (rewind and forward radio). You can listen to your music on speaker. Last but not least, the large screen with a clear video camera.

I let them add my initials on the back of my iPod. Something to make my iPod look more special.

New Parking Lot at GUST

We just received an email that contains an announcement about building a new parking lot at GUST. The project came after they faced many students complaining about the parking lot's size which can't handle the huge number of students. As it's written in the paper above, the new parking lot will be finish at the end of the semester with a capacity of over 800 cars.

The bad thing about this project that they'll use the soccer field as a space to park, here are some pictures of the problem we're facing.

Review : Any Time Restaurant

Just had my dinner from "Any Time" restaurant, and I really loved their grilled mini-burgers. "Any Time" are famous for their grilled food, if you order chicken, beef or any kind of burgers they'll be grilled and I really love burgers to be grilled. Sadly, I tried their chicken fingers .. which I didn't like, the taste was good but they were hard as stone !

If you wanna order from them, I recommend you to try their mini burgers.

I guess every policeman thinks that he owns the road, he can speed whenever he wants to .. with or without turning the siren on, and chat with his friends or even with a good looking girl in the middle of the road. Anyway, while I was driving back home from "AlJumaa" prayer, I saw those two cops chatting in the middle of the road ( you can see one of them is sticking his head out the window ) and ignoring all the cars behind them .. including me !

I copied their plate number and we'll see what would happen next.

I Bought The New BlackBerry Curve 8520 !

I know it's strange, since I'm an iPhone addict, but I bought this BlackBerry for my small sister not for me. Anyway, I tried the new BB and I liked the new trackpad navigation which is better for me than the old trackball .. Maybe because I'm used to touch screens ?

Also the size is kinda perfect, it fits exactly on your hand. The bad things about this BB are the quality of it's camera and it opens limited video and audio format not like the Curve 8900.

Oh, and did this made me change my mind about the iPhone ? .. Naaaaaah :p
