Kuwait PK Jaguars

Parkour or "PK" is a the art of movement that first appeared in France. More similar to a martial art than to a sport, focused on moving from one point to another as smoothly, efficiently and quickly as possible using the abilities of the human body. If you have seen the movie "Yamakasi" you'll know what I'm talking about.

A group of Kuwaiti's managed to team up to create the first Parkour & free running team in Kuwait and the arabian gulf. The video above is an example of the abilities of Parkour Jaguars, they managed to do some of their moves in the Avenues mall. Click here to check out more of their work.

I didn't find the moves interesting however they are still young and the thought of creating a Parkour Team in Kuwait is pretty cool. I wish them the best of luck and a successful parkour future.

it does show that they are beginners but I did like one of the moves where he goes to the wall and flips backwards, another thing is that they are young which means they have time to improve but not bad for their age and it would probably help if they had better music with their moves, but it's a really great idea it's nice to see something different:)

You should definately try !

SAS you pay 2 or 3kd per class (mixed)
Ayurmana 5kd per class but not sure if they have mens classes
Most gyms have some sort of yoga program or weekly classes!

Its cool once you get past beginners stage, there's all these cool postures, give it a try
