No Sugar Added Juice Helps to Reduce Weight ?

We begin to notice that many companies start producing no sugar added juice in the supermarkets and many people start buying it since they believe that it has no sugar which might help them to reduce weight. The question is, if they said no sugar added .. does that mean that it doesn't contain sugar ?

Of course not, every juice contains sugar which comes from the fructose that naturally present in fruit. They just didn't use the granulated sugar to be added in the juice, although the sugar is already included in the juice you're drinking and it has the same amount as soda !

The best way to avoid all the sugar and lose some weight is to start drinking water every time you felt thirsty. Drink juice, but don't load yourself with it because you think it's healthy.
