No Sugar Added Juice Helps to Reduce Weight ?

We begin to notice that many companies start producing no sugar added juice in the supermarkets and many people start buying it since they believe that it has no sugar which might help them to reduce weight. The question is, if they said no sugar added .. does that mean that it doesn't contain sugar ?

Of course not, every juice contains sugar which comes from the fructose that naturally present in fruit. They just didn't use the granulated sugar to be added in the juice, although the sugar is already included in the juice you're drinking and it has the same amount as soda !

The best way to avoid all the sugar and lose some weight is to start drinking water every time you felt thirsty. Drink juice, but don't load yourself with it because you think it's healthy.

The Twilight Saga: Eclipse

I am not a big fan of Twilight, however the trailer of the 3rd twilight movie has finally been released and it looks promising. I enjoyed watching the 2nd series and I hope the 3rd part becomes more exciting and thrilling.

Twilight Eclipse is scheduled for release on June 30, 2010. It is also the first Twilight film scheduled to be released in IMAX.

Mishref Sign Updated

The mysteries Mishref sign has been changed again, but this time it's something quite different. I've posted about the last sign which was written on it Believe with a different color in the letters [LIE]. The board is cleaned up and currently it's written on it Ethkir Allah "Remember Allah".

I'm assuming that someone stood up to the mysteries painter and decided to clean the board and write something useful for everybody to see which can get them some good deeds.

I am glad that the board has changed now and I hope it stays that way.

Today is the Earth Day of 2010 and the most greatest thing I've discovered is that Kuwait is participating in the Earth Day Campaign. When I saw Kuwait's profile in The Earth Day Network I found out that they have only 14 members, 4 organizations, 0 campaigns and only one event.

Let us increase the number of members in our country's profile and help saving our planet.

The Dark Knight & Inception Posters

Can you see the resembles between the two posters? Even if both movies are directed by Christopher Nolan they should at least do more effort for the inception poster than making it look like The Dark Knight. Unless they intensionally made them look the same? Probably not.

A new boy's toy from FORD will be available in the market in 2011 and it's called Raptor SVT. This monster have a 6.2L SOHC V8 engine that gives you up to 411HP and 434 lb ft of torque, so it's mainly a super duty truck. Since the weight of the body is very light, I think this truck will be the fastest in the world in road and off-road.

While I was ordering from McDonald's yesterday I was surprised when I saw that they finally brought onion rings to their menu. Since I love onion rings, I decided to give them a try and to be honest I didn't like them that much.

The Expendables

Just by looking to the crew members you'll know that this movie will be one of the best this year. The Expendables is directed by Sylvester Stallone and he will be also acting along with Jason Statham, Jet Li, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Bruce Willis, Steve Austin and many other great actors. The Story of this movie is about a team of mercenaries head to South America on a mission to overthrow a dictator.

It's sad to hear that the movie will be released in August, I just can't wait !

New Snapple in Kuwait ?

I was very disappointed when I discovered that all the Snapples were out of stock and they stopped bringing them to Kuwait two months ago, but I found these new designed Snapples yesterday after playing football at Kuwait Society for Engineers and I was surprised to find them there but not in any CO-OP in Kuwait. When I asked the seller he told me that there is a company in Shuwaikh have these new Snapples and you won't find them in CO-OP's yet. It's the same taste with a new design !

So are we going to see them in CO-OP's soon ?

Review : How to Train your Dragon

I went to watch "How to Train your Dragon IMAX 3D" since it was in the 1st place in the top box office ( now it's in the 3rd place ). The movie is brought to you by Dreamworks and we all know how famous they are by creating the most amazing movies like "Shrek", "Madagascar" and "Kung Fu Panda". "How to Train your Dragon" is a must to watch specially when the characters were perfectly crafted and animated, also you can notice every little hair in their faces and the characters are breathing too !

My rate for this movie will be 8.5/10, I recommend you to watch it in IMAX 3D.

Everybody does mistakes and Woods deserves to be forgiven for his actions, well at least that's my point of view.

Too Lazy to Park Right ?

I get so annoyed when I see cars taking two parking spots in a very crowded place like malls or universities. This time it happened in my University and guess what ? .. I saw four cars each one took two parking spots, isn't that just rude !!

I really want to know the reason of parking this way are they that lazy to park ? or they don't know even how to drive a car ?!

What would you do in this situation ? specially when you have a midterm to take ?!
I hope they understand the reason of drawing white "lines" in the parking lot.

Fereej Juice

Have you tried the Fereej juice yet? I got bored from my usual KDD drink so I thought I'd try something different, when I went to the supermarket I bought for myself a couple of different juices by Fereej.

I tried the orange and cocktail juice but they weren't as good as the ones from KDD. I have to say that it tasted very average. I guess there are no substitutes for KDD juices.

Patrol vs Land Cruiser 2010

Many of us would like to know whats the difference between the two new SUVs since they improved that they're on the top of the 4x4 vechiles chain. It appears that the two companies are trying very hard to attract more customers by giving them what they need from power, safety, technology and luxury.


Toyota Land Cruiser is already out in the market since 2008 and we can see that many have bought it. It have a 5.7 liter V8 that gives you 381 HP with a 6-speed electonically controlled transmission which is good actually.

The interior is not bad but still you need to add your GPS navigator along with it's display screen because it's not included.

Nissan Patrol is a new arrival to the market and you'll be shocked from it's features when you compare it with the Land Cruiser. A 5.6 liter V8 engine combines VVEL and DIG to deliver 400hp and 560Nm of sheer confidence, so it's the most powerful SUV nissan ever built !

Patrol is way better than the Land Cruiser and fully luxury in it's interior, specially that it comes full option !

If you ask me I'll go for the Nissan Patrol for sure, because it's a mixture of power and luxury !

Review: Triangle Restaurant

A couple of days ago me and my brother decided to order from a new kuwaiti restaurant called Triangle. Triangle' ® Restaurant is the place for people hungering for a unique, better tasting alternative to traditional fast food. It’s the favorite place for people who crave something different and better, plus its 100% Kuwaiti idea.

We ordered a variety of things, for our starters we had Boneless Buffalo Wings and for our burgers we ordered Heavy, C4 and Gamba.

The boneless wings were really delicious. They were soft and small. Just the perfect size for me.

For the burgers, we ordered all mini burgers instead of regular burgers and they were designed as a triangular look, loved them. The burgers were all amazing however the best burger that would stand out between them was Heavy! It contained cheddar cheese, thick bacon, crispy onion rings with a barbeque-ranch sauce, my favorite! For people who like it spicy try the C4 and who like seafood you can try the Gamba.

Overall, the food was wonderfully scrumptious & tasty! The order was delivered on time and the food arrived hot and fresh. I highly recommend you to try Triangle Restaurant.

I loved watching the movie. It's the type of movie that gives us a message of how family is important to us. It talks about a real life tragedy and how in an instant someone can be taken away from you. The movie is well-developed and the acting was superb.

DC Movies and More!

For those who love Christopher Nolan's work (Batman Begins, The Dark Knight, and The Prestige …) as many of you know he is a great visionary Director , He created many great movies.. Well The best part is that he will make a 3rd Batman movie following The Dark Knight , Nolan Confirmed that , The next Batman film will be Nolan's last and a conclusion to the story. Nolan says, "Without getting into specifics, the key thing that makes the third film a great possibility for us is that we want to finish our story. And in viewing it as the finishing of a story rather than infinitely blowing up the balloon and expanding the story . . . I’m very excited about the end of the film, the conclusion, and what we’ve done with the characters. My brother has come up with some pretty exciting stuff."

Well there is another surprise for Superman fans ! On March 10, 2010, Nolan confirmed that he and David Goyer ( Nolan's friend & a Director ) have been working on an idea for a Superman film It is unlikely that he will direct, but would have significant creative input in the process.

Now All those are an upcoming projects From Nolan , There is however a pre-production film already been filmed last summer and will be released this summer July 16, 2010. It called "Inception" it Stars Leonardo DiCaprio , Ellen Page , Joseph Gordon-Levitt , Marion Cotillard , Cillian Murphy & Michael Caine.
