I should have post this weeks ago. Sakura, Ruby Tuesday and many other restaurant are opened now in the Gulf Road. They are located next to She'ab Park.
Note : The entrance is from the gas station, the one after the speed camera.

I've been there two weeks back. its a good place, the best thing is now one is there your almost alone there. the bad thing is you have to enter from the gas station entrence if you miss that turn you will have to make a vere long turn to get back, i passed it so i enterd from the exit :P
