After a nine-day training camp in New Zealand, which included wins in trial matches against local club sides Waitakere United and Auckland City. Kuwait succeeded to become the 2nd in the group by adding their first 3 points after defeating Australia ( 1-0 ) in an away match and the scorer was Musa'ed Neda. ( Click here to watch the goal )The leading team in the group is Oman with 4 points, Kuwait is the second with 3 points, Indonesia 2 points and Australia the 4th with an only one point.
The third round in the qualifying campain will be in next November.
