KFH vs Ahli United Bank

We used to have only two banks in Qadesiya, KFH in front of Block 2 and NBK near the co-op. I noticed few days ago that Ahli United Bank are building their new branch exactly next to KFH.

The parking space is already small for one bank to handle and I do sometimes find it hard to park when KFH open their doors for their clients, now they're gonna be two banks sharing the same small parking space.

I think someday we'll be having like 4 banks in one spot, competition much ?

New Lay's Flavor: Yogurt & Herbs

I used to have labnah as a dip while eating potato chips, but know I guess I'm gonna stop using the labnah since Lay's just released a new flavor "Yogurt & Herbs". Ok maybe labnah is not yogurt, but this flavor is my favorite for now and I really recommend everyone to try it out.

Dogs Can Send Owner to Jail

Having a dog that always barks at night until it ruins your neighbor's sleep time might ends you up staying two months in Jail. If you own a dog already and live in Kuwait don't panic yet, because it's applied only in Italy.

Four people were sentenced in Sicily to two months in jail since they refused to keep their 10 dogs quiet at night. They also paid a fine of $684 each.

We should do the same here in Kuwait.

Five Movies To Watch

Five upcoming movies that I really can't wait to watch Captain America, Pirates of The Caribbean: On Stranger Tides, Thor, X-Men: First Class and Transformers: Dark of The Moon. I have watched their trailers and I can tell that at least three of these five movies will be worth watching.

In Captain America, I was shocked when I saw Chris Evans thin and suddenly with muscles. I wonder if this was made by computer like 300 the movie. Pirates of The Caribbean always fun to watch, and I'm pretty sure that the new part will be incredible as usual.

McDonald's Halloumi McMuffin

Days ago I tried McDonald's newest sandwich for breakfast, Halloumi McMuffin, and to be totally honest with you guys it was very normal nothing really special about it that made me want to have the sandwich again. Inside the muffin is a piece of Halloumi cheese, tomato and oregano.

I prefer having Sausage McMuffin with Eggs instead of Halloumi Muffin.

No Valentine's Day in Russia

It seems like not all the Russians are in love with the Valentine's Day idea. Authorities have banned celebrating this day in schools and other state institutions since some of them see it as an unhealthy phenomenon.

Also many nightclubs and other businesses in the province 600km south of Moscow decided to not have any special event for the February 14th holiday.

PF.Chang's: A Dead Bee in My Drink

Yesterday I went to have lunch with one of my friends in the Avenues Mall, so we decided to eat at PF.Chang's. Everything was perfect until I asked them to refill my diet pepsi, I was shocked to find a dead bee in my drink !

I called the manager and he asked our waiter to replace the drink with a new one. This time the guy who made the drink came by himself to give me the diet pepsi, apologized to me and told me that he checked the drink this time. When we asked for the check we noticed that the diet pepsi was on the house and not mentioned in the check.

I really hope that it won't happen again since I'm a big fan of PF.Chang's.
