Cinescape's New/Old Policy

One of my best friends just went to Cinescape in 360 mall to watch "Wall Street" and it was very great to hear that they returned the old policy, they're gonna stop the movie for almost 15 minutes when it's prayer time. Now you can enjoy your movie and pray in time.

I'm not sure if this policy is applied in every mall yet.

The Straddling Bus : Train Rides Over Cars

China has developed one of the greatest ideas ever to deal with the huge increase in number of cars in the streets, and areas where you can't build railways for trains.

The idea is simple and won't cost much, a train that uses the same road we use to drive our cars in but 4.5-5.5m above the ground. The train will run about 60km/hr and has a very short construction life cycle for the 40km only 1 year comparing it to subways which is 3 year.

I wonder if this creative idea is open to every market and place, when it will be applied here in Kuwait ? ..

We received a couple of delicious complimentary snacks from Auntie Anne's. We were more than happy to try them out since we love pretzels.

Auntie Anne's started back in 1988 at a farmer's market in Downingtown, Pa., where Anne Beiler and her husband, Jonas, sold a variety of snacks, including hand-rolled, soft pretzels. Banana Pie From Mcdonalds

I've tried the new banana pie from Mcdonald's Egypt and it tastes so delicious. It contains a hot cream of banana which makes you drool over it.

KFH's 7esabi Account to Hesabi

KFH's "7esabi" youth account changed it's name to "Hesabi" for some odd reason. I honesly liked the old name with number 7 as it is pronounced H but in internet language.

Furthermore, it's for a youth account so having 7esabi as a name was a great idea. I don't know why they removed it to a standard name.

So James Cameron is doing it again, trying to test the limits of the film industry, after the huge budget for Avatar production, and the huge sales it accumulated worldwide. He's going to film Avatar 2 in the deepest place in the ocean approximately 11 kilometers under water !! THAT'S JUST INSANE.

I have trust in James Cameron's direction underwater, cause my all time favorite James Cameron movie has to be "The Abyss "

According to The Daily Mail, the Oscar-winning director aims to voyage to the bottom of the sea — seven miles below sea level — to film parts of Avatar 2. Cameron reportedly plans on shooting sequences at the bottom of the Challenger Deep in the Mariana Trench east of the Philippines, the deepest known point in the world’s oceans.

The paper says Cameron “has commissioned a bespoke submarine, built of high-tech, man-made composite materials and powered by electric motors, which will be capable of surviving the tremendous pressures at a depth of seven miles, from which he will shoot 3D footage that may be incorporated in Avatar’s sequel.” Cameron has previously said that Avatar 2 will explore the oceans and exotic sea life of the alien world Pandora.

The Mail says the “precise design of this submersible is unclear, but it is likely that it will resemble the $4 million Deep Flight Challenger commissioned by the [late] American aviator and explorer Steve Fossett in 2007.”

Making Future Magic: iPad Light Painting

This film explores playful uses for the increasingly glowing rectangles' that inhabit the world.

They use photographic and animation techniques that were developed to draw moving 3-dimensional typography and objects with an iPad. In dark environments, they play movies on the surface of the iPad that extrude 3D light forms as they move through the exposure. Multiple exposures with slightly different movies make up the stop-frame animation.

Review : Pizza Burger

We were invited by Mr.Ayman ( Marketing Manager of Burger King ) to try out Burger King's new sandwich "Pizza Burger", we did post about it when it was available in the states and now everyone will have the chance to try it in Kuwait.

Pizza Burger is simply a huge burger that can be shared by three and sliced into 6 pieces, it has pepperoni, mozzarella cheese and two kinds of sauce ( Sicilian tomato sauce and a delicious red pesto mayonnaise ).

For me it was one of the best burgers I have ever tasted in Burger King, simply delicious and the sauce mixture is just perfect. The cost of this new burger is 3.200KD, and 4.500KD for the meal including 3 french fries and 3 sodas.

O Red Mango is a global frozen yogurt and smoothie brand that will open soon at GUST. It will be located in the north campus next to subway.

I guess there's a lot of demand on frozen yogurt that's why many similar franchises are open now.

I've been watching Mr. Bean's episodes with my nephews for the past couple of days and we just couldn't stop laughing. All of the episodes are amazing but there has to be at least one or two favorites.

My favorite episodes are the one in the exam room and at the cinema.

Mr. Bean is one of my favorite classic shows. I just can't stop laughing every time I watch them.

As I was typing on google's search engine, I noticed that every single letter I type is reloaded automatically into a new search engine. At first I thought that I had problems with my enter button, but later on I realized that it's a new feature from Google.

Clever Ad Response from Nissan

The first Ad was created by Volks Wagen, as you can see the policemen are protecting themselves by hiding behind a Volks Wagen Golf.

The response was from Nissan by using the same idea, but the difference was by replacing the Volks Wagen Golf with a Nissan Z350 and the policemen are protecting the car instead of protecting themselves.

Well done Nissan !

The House Of Etiquette

Call of Duty: Black Ops - Multiplayer Overview

Fasten your seat belt to watch the first multiplayer overview of "Call of Duty: Black Ops" along with a new game mode called "Wager Matches" which is kinda gambling since you put all your earned money in the game and the first three players will get the money. The "Wager Matches" mode has 4 different types of game modes "One in The Chamber", "Sticks and Stones", "Gun Game" and "Sharp Shooter".

I really liked "One in The Chamber" and "Gun Game" modes. "Gun Game" mode is basically to begin with a pistol then advance to almost 20 different weapons by killing other players, you'll be rewarded with a new weapon with each kill. "One in The Chamber" mode is to play with a pistol that has one bullet only, you have to kill another player to take his bullet. Also there are some new awesome features like theater mode, player contracts, player customization and combat training. Overall, "Call of Duty: Black Ops" will bring down the house for sure !
