Nestle Toll House - Second Branch

I've passed by Marina Crescent days ago to find out that there's a new Nestle Toll House under construction between Caribou and Zaatar W Zait. The opening will be on Thursday 16th of February at 7pm, which is after two days from now.

Now two of my favorite cafes are next to each other, can't wait for the opening !

The Chocolate Cafe

A new cafe is going to open soon at Mishref's food circle and it's called The Chocolate Cafe. We don't know much about this place but I'm looking forward to try it out as soon as they open since I'm addicted to chocolate.

No More Burger King and Pellini At Oula Station ?

The idea of having a fast food restaurant, coffee shop and a grocery store in gas stations is what we needed years ago. However, I was shocked when I first saw Burger King and Pellini at Oula Station closed by the municipal.

Caribou's Fudgy Wudgy Chocolate Cake

I might considered as Caribou's number one fan in Kuwait since I go there almost twice a day just to pick up my favorite drinks or food. This time I saw some new cheesecakes with funny names like Fudgy Wudgy Chocolate Cake and Dolche De Leche Cheesecake.

Since I'm addicted to chocolate, I tried the Fudgy Wudgy Chocolate Cake and it was incredible. It's a must for every chocolate lover, but make sure to buy a bottle of water next to you since it's literally filled with chocolate !

"Wild It" : Caribou's Cheesecake Toppings

I just love Caribou's creative ideas, specially when the idea is to make something I love becomes more delicious and tasty. We all know that Caribou has the original cheesecakes from the well known "The Cheesecake Factory", their cakes are beyond amazing. Now imagine adding your best flavor/flavors to the cheesecake ?

Now only in Caribou you can add any or all of your favorite toppings to your cheesecake with only 300 fils, as you can see in the picture above my friend Az just couldn't help himself and he added all the things he likes on his cheesecake.

The Toppings are ( Chocolate Chips - Drizzle Chocolate/Caramel - Marshmallow - Snickers - Oreo - Whipped Cream - Andes Mint )

What can I say ? .. This month is the best month ever, everyone is being so nice to me. First the BlackBerry Bold 2 from my very amazing friend, Viva's 50 KD extra credit and now I received a whole cheesecake from Caribou's "Cheesecake Factory" for free !

I was ordering from Caribou my everyday "Chocolate Cooler" with "Cookies & Cream" cheesecake, after the payment they asked me to write my name/number/home address so they can deliver a whole cheesecake to my house. I didn't understand the reason or why they choose me, but I wrote my information anyway. I was surprised when they arrived to my house, gave me the cheesecake with a big smile and waved for me while their car was moving away.

Thank you Mr. Amazing Friend, Viva and Caribou .. You've made my month one of the best months ever and it's a good way to end 2009 with.

New Cafe's At GUST

GUST has been growing lately with their Cafe's and restaurants. The Crepe Cafe and Blend It are the latest cafe's which have opened and until now they have been really successful.

For Real ?

Today while we were studying for our midterm at one of the cafes in free zone, I was shocked by reading this on their menu "Life is too short any way, enjoy it !" and beneath this phrase they draw hookah .. It hurts when you see young people die because of these things, and it hurts more when you see places encourage them to smoke cigarette and hookah .. or what we call it in Arabic "Sheeshah".

This is so wrong ..

Oreo Cake - Living Room

Yesterday I've visit Living Room Cafe for the first time, the atmosphere was incredible since it have a pretty nice location near the sea, and since I'm an oreo lover, I've tried the Oreo Cake .. It was simply AMAZING, smoothy and very tasty !

Try it and you won't regret it.

Update: It seems like I'm not the only one who had a problem in the order, I did order an Oreo Cheese Cake but according to the waiter, they don't have any of cheese cakes while it was written in the menu, so he adviced me to try out the oreo cake .. to read more check comments.

BookCafe .. Soon

BookCafe is the first bookstore in Kuwait to feature a café within the bookshop that serves coffee, tea, fresh juices, snacks, and other refreshments.
