It seems like not all the Russians are in love with the Valentine's Day idea. Authorities have banned celebrating this day in schools and other state institutions since some of them see it as an unhealthy phenomenon.Also many nightclubs and other businesses in the province 600km south of Moscow decided to not have any special event for the February 14th holiday.
Should we do the same thing here in Kuwait ?
