Review: Baking Tray

I heard a lot about Baking Tray from Ansam & Barmait so I had to try it out. The place was small yet wide and spacious from the inside. They have a nice outdoor dinning area which would be awesome during spring and winter.

Let's begin with our complimentary starter. They gave us a couple of bread which were unbelievable. It had a little bit of garlic with butter sauce on the side

For our drinks, my friend took lemon juice with mint. I got BT Heaven, it's sweet, tasted like Shani but it was great.

After that came the wonderful food. I got the wild mushroom which was so delicious. It contained a piece of bread, lettuce on top and 2 or 3 kinds of mushrooms with french cheese. It was so mouth watering. My friend got shitake it was bread with tomato sauce and mushroom with mozzarella cheese and black olives. It tasted like a very delightful pizza.

Last but not least MAMA'S FAVORITES, oh my god it was so amazing! It's a kind of bread that was sweet, in a pot of caramel all around it! the caramel tasted amazing. I loved it.
