Facts: Eggs

As a child, I used to hate everything about eggs. I didn't like the taste nor the smell. However, while I was growing up I kept eating eggs every once in a while until I loved it. The reason I started to love the eggs is because I changed the way the eggs are made. I started eating them scrambled as a child but when I tried it sunny side up I just fell in love with it instantly.

Here is a couple of benefits about eggs:
Eggs are a nutritional powerhouse. They provide the body with 13 vitamins and minerals, high-quality protein and important antioxidants. Eggs are also tasty, convenient and good value for money, making them an excellent inclusion in a well-balanced diet. One egg contains 6 grams of high-quality protein and all 9 essential amino acids. Eggs are one of the only foods that contain naturally occurring vitamin D.

so what is your best way to have your eggs?
